The 2017 Annual General Meeting for the Manningham Table Tennis Club will be held on the evening of Thursday the 11th of May 2017 from 7:00pm at the Donburn Primary School on Colchester Drive, Doncaster East.

Registered players and members of the club are eligible to nominate and/or stand for a position on the committee as well as vote during the election of the committee members.

The 2016-2017 committee members are as follows:

Terry Piva – President and Treasurer
Stephen Piva – Secretary
Xudong Tang – Vice President
Shahram Aminzadeh – Committee member
John Ind – Committee member
Fabian Kenie – Committee member
Alvaro Lazzari – Committee member
Justin Tsao – Committee member
Howard van der Ross – Committee member

All the above positions are up for renewal at the 2017 AGM on May 11th.

The Agenda for the 2017 AGM and the Minutes from the 2016 AGM can be downloaded from Team App under the Documents tab. In addition, the nomination forms and proxy voting forms can also be accessed under the at https://www.teamapp.com/clubs/46578/documents. All voting, proxy and nomination forms must be submitted by Tuesday the 9th of May.

These forms will all be available at both Manningham DISC and Donburn Primary School over the next few weeks prior to the 2017 AGM.
