Between 7:00pm and 9:30pm on the evening of March 30th at Donburn Primary School you will be able to witness all of the action within the exciting 7th round of the 2017 MTTC Autumn pennant.

In Division 1, leading player Benny and his partner Al of the Pythons will seek to continue their recent string of good form when they clash with the Wolves. It is crucial for Hiep and Fabian of the Wolves to secure victory and a potential spot in the top four as the Finals Series draws nearer. Keep a close eye on the spin-tastic clash between leading players Hiep and Benny as well as the doubles rubber, which is an anticipated five-set thriller that will be crucial for victory.

Xudong and Carl of the Eagles will be seeking to soar to victory when they meet Justin and Howard of the Lions on Thursday evening. Both teams have specialised their doubles pairing and as such, the doubles rubber will be a joy to witness. Justin will also be facing a challenge when he seeks to obtain victory against our in house spin-master Xudong. The rubber between Howard and Carl also promises to be filled with plenty of top spin rallies and some beautiful stroke play so don’t miss out!

Finally, the Taipans will be looking to strike and secure their place within the top four when they take on the ladder leading Falcons. Spectators will be in for a treat when Bill (Falcons) plays against Sinisa (Taipans) in what is expected to be a five-set thriller filled with exciting rallies and lots of fireworks. The pick of this round will be the doubles rubber between the Taipans and the Falcons. Both teams have excelled in this aspect of the game and it will be exhilarating to witness the contrasting back-spin and top-spin strategies of these pairings.

Practice tables will also be available on this night, to enable visitors and fans to get a taste for the competition. So this Thursday evening be sure not to miss out on all of this action and much, much more at Donburn Primary School!
