Be sure not to miss out on the thrilling conclusion to the MTTC 2016 Autumn Pennant competition! The skill and class of the Division 1 Grand Final will be displayed at Templestowe Leisure Centre on the evening of Tuesday the 5th of May. The ladder leading Dragonflies, captained by the leading player of Shahram Aminzadeh alongside Farshad, will take on Fabian and Christopher of the Scorpions, who have had a strong late-season revival to charge into the Grand Final.

Every rubber in this Grand Final match will be strongly contested and could be the key to victory. Leading players Shahram and Christopher will clash, with the latter seeking to halt Shahram’s season-long reign of supremacy at MTTC. Whilst, the smash masters of Farshad and Fabian will face-off in what promises to be a five-set thriller that will go down to the wire. Overall, the key to the match will be the doubles rubber and both teams have been training hard over the past few weeks to perfect their tactics and combinations.

So come down this Thursday and witness the best that Division 1 has to offer as the Grand Final is set to contain plenty of fireworks and unbelievable rallies!

In addition, this huge night of table tennis will also be capped off by the conclusion to the Autumn season with the Division 2 Grand Final.
