2017 Spring Pennant (24/08 – 02/11)
Four teams competed against each other in a 10-week long competition. Each team consisted of 2 players and in each regular season match there was a total of five rubbers played: 4 singles and 1 doubles. Each rubber was contested as the best out of 5 sets, which were played up to 11 points each.
On the evening of October 26th, Play-Offs were played at the conclusion of the regular season, after every team had played against each other three times. These Play-Offs were contested between the teams ranked first (Monarchs) and fourth (Rangers), as well as second (Bandits) and third (Knights) on the ladder at the conclusion of the regular season.
The Grand Final was held on the 2nd of November and was played between the winners of the Play-Offs: the Monarchs and Bandits. Ultimately, the Monarchs were victorious over the Bandits.
Final Ladder Positions:
1. Monarchs (Champions)
2. Bandits (Runners-Up)
3. Knights
4. Rangers
