2017 Winter Pennant (18/05 – 10/08)

Five teams competed against each other within a 10-week long regular season. Each team consisted of 2 players and within each regular season match there was a total of five rubbers played: 4 singles and 1 doubles. Each rubber was contested as the best out of 5 sets, which were played up to 11 points each.

Following the conclusion of the regular season on July 20th, there will be a Finals Series held. On the evening of July 25th at Manningham DISC a Play-Off will be contested between the teams ranked second (Foxes) and third (Jaguars) at the conclusion of the regular season. The Foxes defeated the Jaguars 3 rubbers to 2.

At Donburn Primary School on the evening of Thursday August 10th the Grand Final was played between the winner of the Play-Off (Foxes) and the team ranked first at the conclusion of the regular season (Wasps). The Foxes were victorious, defeating the Wasps 3 rubbers to 1.
