On Sunday, December 8th Diamond Valley TTA hosted Manningham TTC for an inaugural inter-club challenge at the Diamond Valley Sports and Fitness Centre (44 Civic Dr, Greensborough VIC, 3088).

Each club provided 7 two-player teams (14 players per club in total). There were seven matches played in total, and each match consisted of 4 singles and 1 doubles rubber (best of 5 sets each).

I would like to thank our 14 members who represented Manningham TTC on Sunday against DVTTA in our first inter-club challenge. It was a great event and thoroughly enjoyed by all who participated.

The final result was DVTTA (4) – MTTC (3). Therefore, Diamond Valley will retain the challenge shield until our next event in early-mid 2020.

I hope that you can all join us for the next inter-club challenge. Future events will also be contested against other clubs.
