The 2019 Annual General Meeting of Manningham Table Tennis Club (MTTC) was successfully held at Donburn Primary School on the evening of Thursday, May 16th, 2019.

President, Xudong Tang chaired the AGM, during which the minutes of last year’s meeting were confirmed and the 2018 members report was presented. This document had been prepared by the club secretary, Stephen Piva, and it contained a detailed review of the social and pennant activities conducted within 2018. In addition, the financial statement for 2018, which had been prepared by the treasurer Terry Piva, was accepted as a true and correct record. Subsequently, elections were held to confirm the committee members for the term of 2019 – 2020 prior to the conclusion of the 2019 AGM.

The club would like to thank everyone who attended the 2019 AGM and especially the members of the 2018 – 2019 committee for their service and dedication to promoting the sport of Table Tennis. The dedication and commitment displayed by Terry, Xudong, Peter, Alvaro, and Stephen was crucial to the operation of the club during a difficult year.

At the conclusion of the 2019 AGM, Xudong Tang was re-elected as president. He will continue to be supported by Terry Piva as treasurer and Stephen Piva as club secretary. Mark Nimmervoll joins the committee as vice president. Manningham Table Tennis Club would also like to thank Alvaro Lazzari and Peter Drapac for volunteering to serve upon the committee for another term.
